It was meant to be a rest & relax weekend gateaway for us but not everything turn out well. However we are considered the lucky ones when compared to some other guests whom encountered even worse things than us.
This package is really value for money but probably Harris didnt expect such a huge turnout and they didnt handle it well. Hopefully they will learnt from this and handle better in the future.
